On June 13, 2009, a select group of hams assembled at the recently deactivated KATU Channel 2 analog TV tower to run 6 meters SSB from the tower. Using a Kewnood DS-60 and a 500-watt amp, we were able to work stations from Saskatoon, SK to Tijuana, Mexico.
